How many seats can I book in one transaction?

How long are my seats held during checkout?

Seats are locked for 8 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not confirmed within that window the seats are automatically released so other passengers can book them.

Is the seat availability shown live?

Yes. The seat map updates in real time, so a seat booked by another passenger disappears from your screen immediately — even while you are choosing.

Which payment methods are accepted?

UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

Why do I have to accept the policy before paying?

Before the payment window opens we show a short confirmation step with the cancellation slabs and payment terms. This keeps the refund rules transparent, and your acceptance is recorded against the booking with a timestamp.

Money was debited but I did not get a ticket. What now?

Failed or interrupted payments are reconciled automatically by our payment gateway webhook, and unconfirmed amounts are reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If the ticket has not appeared in My Bookings within an hour, contact support with your booking reference and payment ID.

Do the fares include GST?

Yes. The total shown at checkout includes applicable GST, and a GST invoice is available for your booking.

What are the refund rules?

Accepted Answer

More than 15 days before travel: 100% refund. 72 hours before travel: 90% refund. 24 hours before travel: 50% refund. Within 6 hours of departure: no refund. The slab is applied automatically based on the departure time.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open My Bookings, select the trip and choose Cancel booking. You will see the exact refund estimate before confirming, and a refund request is raised instantly.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

What if Tarzan Anurag Bus cancels the trip?

You get a full 100% refund automatically, or a free transfer to the next available departure. We notify you by SMS and email as soon as the change is made.

A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID or passport) matching the passenger name on the ticket. Our conductor may verify it before boarding.

How much luggage is allowed?

One suitcase or bag up to roughly 15 kg per passenger plus a small hand bag. Extra or oversized luggage is subject to space and a nominal charge.

The bus is running late. How do I check?

Your e-ticket with a QR code is available instantly under My Bookings and can be downloaded as a PDF. A confirmation is also sent to your registered email and mobile number.
