# Terms & Conditions Welcome to Tarzan Bus Service. By booking a ticket on our platform you agree to these terms. ## 1. Booking All bookings are subject to seat availability and confirmation from Tarzan Bus Service. Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching the passenger name on the ticket. ## 2. Boarding Passengers must report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Tarzan Bus is not liable for missed departures due to late arrival. ## 3. Luggage Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand luggage (up to 7 kg) and one suitcase (up to 20 kg). Valuables should be carried on person. ## 4. Conduct Consumption of alcohol, smoking, and any behaviour that disturbs co-passengers is strictly prohibited. ## 5. Route & Timing Route timings are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. ## 6. Liability Tarzan Bus Service is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events including road closures, protests, natural disasters, or vehicle breakdowns beyond our control. ## 7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Garhwa, Jharkhand.
